receiving a $800.00 water bill in the mail, only to find out right before the holidays that we had a major water leak.
This nightmare was unraveling right before my eyes little did I know that was only the beginning of a very large and
expensive repair. I didn't know a plumbing company could be so professional, until I called Smith Plumbing LLC.
Everything from my initial call to the office; an immediate response to my message; to the friendly gentlemen that
showed up at my door was very reassuring. I had a leak somewhere between my house and the street, so they had to
dig up my yard and run a new waterline. I've had friends and seen neighbors houses after a job like this was
complete and the companies virtually left a nightmare of clean-up and shrub destruction. They were very careful
not to mess up anything, they placed plastic on my grass, hand dug my yard and placed all the dirt on plastic so they would
not tear up my grass. After completing the repair, they cleaned up and what an exceptional job they did, they shoveled
all the dirt in place and left me with only a small mount of dirt, placing my old grass back on top, explaining to me that
it would be sometime but the dirt would settle. As far as I'm concerned they went above and beyond the call of duty.
Since then I have used Smith Plumbing LLC., to do a water heater repair, some leaky faucets and toilets. The cost of
my job was somewhere in the middle of my 4 estimates. I felt very comfortable with my decision and I am extremely happy
that I went with "Winky" at Smith Plumbing LLC. "…was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. And, best of all, they delivered results."

recommend you to all our friends and family because our experience was that good." "I had a service leak in my front yard. This leak was in Dec. 2009 over
the Christmas and New Years Holiday. The temp was less that 35 degrees. I was loosing 4 gallons a minute of water.
Smith Plumbing came in and gave me an estimate (my 1st of 5 estimates) on a Sunday morning. I called them back the next
evening after the rest of my estimates came in. I am a female and unfamiliar with this plumbing issues. When all
the estimates said the same activities were needed as did Smith Plumbing. I chose Smith Plumbing because they were not
only the lowest bid, they came highly recommended. Smith Plumbing had to dig a 55 foot long and 2 or 3 feet deep trench.
They has to install a new 1" copper pipe and connect it from my house to the water company. There was ice all over
the yard and sidewalk from the leak freezing from the cold weather. Smith Plumbing had Miss Utility out the next day
marking the yard and had the digging machines at my house. The job was complete in one day. There are shrubs,
trees and plants all around my house. Smith Plumbing managed to dig between them. So they saved my landscaping.
Thank God! They also dug under my sidewalk and it was not damaged. Another awesome save by Smith Plumbing.
Smith Plumbing is great and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Not only where the workers punctual,
friendly and considerate they knew what they were doing and they did not stand around wasting time. I don't call Smith
Plumbing by their company name; I call them by the Owners name ~Winky. I've made a friend and have an awesome plumber
